KTM 250 Adventure Low-Seat ‘V’ Variant Launched In India At Rs 2.47 Lakh

The KTM Adventure range of motorcycles are not built for everyone, thanks to its tall 855mm seat height. To make the motorcycle accessible to a wider audience, KTM has now launched the low-seat ‘V’ variant of the 250 Adventure motorcycle at Rs 2.47 lakh (ex-showroom).

For the new V variant, KTM has reduced the seat height to just 834mm. This makes the motorcycle more manageable for shorter riders as well. In addition to that, KTM has also reworked the front and rear suspension of the motorcycle.

Apart from that, the newly launched KTM 250 Adventure low-seat variant is almost identical to the standard model. In fact, the low-seat variant features identical styling elements as the standard model including a single-pod headlamp, side-slung exhaust, split seats, identical alloy wheels, and more.

In terms of hardware, the KTM 250 Adventure low-seat variant continues to come with USD forks at the front and mono-shock at the rear albeit with revised travel figures. Whereas, braking duty is taken care of by a 320mm disc brake at the front and a 230mm disc brake at the rear.

The KTM 250 Adventure low-seat variant continues to draw its power from the same 248.76cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with 29.6bhp and 24Nm of torque. Also, this engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch for faster gear shifts.

Also, the newly-launched KTM 250 Adventure low-seat variant comes with identical features as the standard model. This includes features such as LED DRLs, LED taillamps, LCD digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS and more.
