The 10th edition of Valley Run concludes at Aamby Valley city air strip

Pune: The 10th edition of Valley Run, India’s premier festival of speed took place at the Aamby Valley city airstrip from November 11 to 13.   

The Valley Run powered by AMG-Driving Performance, Petronas Sprinta India‘s official Lubricant Partner, Monster Energy as the Energy Partner, TVS Motors, Indian Oil XP100 and many more made the event a grand success.

The event witnessed over 700 participants competing in 52 race classes spread over three days of hardcore racing, drifting, stunting, adventure and a lot of special segments. 

For the first time, the supercar classes saw a sub 10sec quarter mile timing with the Tuned Nissan GTR’s blistering 9.766sec run by Imran Majid from Mumbai.

Meanwhile, the superbike and supercar fastest runs were similar elapsed times in the 9.7sec by Mohammad Riyaz from Hyderabad.

Also stealing the show were the girls who finished with impressive timings with Uvashri Kannadasan Balajeyanthi with the Skoda VRS & Lani Zena Fernandez with the tuned Royal Enfield. 

Adding to the thrill was the fastest Indian Rider Jagan Kumar from TVS Racing who clocked a record-breaking timing of 11.523sec.

The event comprised drag racing, a display arena, drifting by Sanam Sekon and stunting by Sachin Riderboy’s special segments along with many other highlights.

With a record 700+ racer entries and a massive gathering of over 8000 spectators over the 3 days – it is India’s biggest festival speed. The event had official approval from the Motorsport Governing body of India – The FMSCI (Federation of Motor Sport Clubs of India). Every category had something special for everyone – from 2 strokes, 4 strokes, Indian Modified cars, Packed Superbike Classes & Record turnout of exclusively tuned Supercar Classes.
