Top Five Most Popular Premium Performance Motorcycles In  India In 2020

The premium & performance motorcycle market has grown a lot in the last decade. When the super hit Bollywood movie Dhoom got released; people became crazy for the high-end premium performance motorcycles and slowly the manufacturers had been seen, rolling their top-notch super-bikes out in India. Today we have almost every manufacturer from the world, who is selling its premium performance motorcycles in India.

Yamaha has been the first official company to start importing super-bikes in India (2007) later it was followed by Suzuki and many more competitors. Today our market is flooded with imported performance motorcycles but we will pick top five of them and talk only about them in detail.

  1. Kawasaki Ninja H2R –

    KAWASAKI NINJA H2R
THE MOST PREMIUM & PERMORMANCE MOTORCYCLE OF THE WORLD.

The Ninja H2R is Kawasaki’s flagship offering and was first unveiled at the EICMA Motorcycle show in 2015. The liter-class offering is a strict track tool, not legal on public roads, given the overwhelming power and is also the only bike at present to get supercharging tech on board. In fact, the Ninja H2R is a good fifty per cent more powerful than the road-legal H2 that makes 200BHP of power. To give you the perspective of how powerful the H2R is; well, it holds the record of hitting a top speed of 400 km/h. This premium and performance motorcycle has a 998cc supercharged engine pumping out 310 bhp at 14000 RPM  and the most advanced electronics by Kawasaki and another interesting feature is the self-healing paint.

The rear of this premium and performance motorcycle is controlled with a single-sided swingarm having a mono-shock. The exhaust sound level of the Kawasaki Ninja H2R, the premium and performance motorcycle, at the time of factory shipment is 120 dB/A using Auto Cycle Union (ACU) guidelines.

Note – H2 and H2R are almost identical, H2R has more carbon parts and performance parts added to it for more power by reducing weight so we do not consider H2 as our second premium and performance motorcycle.
