Mercedes-Benz India opens Service Facility, its 15th in Maharashtra and 32nd in Western India
Mercedes-Benz has opened a new service facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Pairing with Trinity Motors, this is the luxury car-maker’s 94th outlet in India. This is the highest number of outlets by any luxury car-maker.
The new facility is an Rs.4 Crore investment, spread over a massive 52000 sq.ft plot. With 10 trained professionals in staff, this facility can service a thousand vehicles over a span of one year. To achieve this target, they have 4 service Byas (PMGR) at their disposal.
This State-of-The-Art facility also has services like Digital Service Drive Kiosk, a dedicated section for Mercedes-Benz accessories & merchandise and customer lounge. Mercedes-Benz is Indias highest selling luxury vehicle brand. It was also the first luxury car-maker to introduce BSVI compliant engine, with the launch of the flagship Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan at the Auto Expo 2018, in Delhi.
